“Focus on progress not perfection.”
I slowly began to exercise, followed the guidance of LB Online fitness and built up my strength and fitness levels. Fast forward 6 months, and I have lost 5 stone, dropped 3 dress sizes, feel healthier, fitter, happier and have turned into a new person. Amazing support from Laura and the other members. This is by far the best thing I have ever done!
When I received the first week's menus I could not believe the amount of food that I was to eat, I was thinking 'there is no way I can eat that much and lose weight'. But I followed the plan and sure enough the first week I lost 4lbs! Well, I was over the moon. It really spurred me on.
I am now about to start week 4. Me and my hubby look forward to seeing what we can enjoy the following week. The programme is definitely helping me make the better/right choices when I'm in social situations and when I'm having a bad day. I am so thankful to Laura, her patience and total understanding is amazing and her championing of us ladies is fabulous.
If you're thinking about it, my advice is do it! You won’t regret it.
Laura’s recipes are just fantastic. I have to say that I have enjoyed 95% of them and any you don’t like it’s so easy to swap to something else. I feel fitter and so much better in myself.
I am just under 10kg down in 8 weeks. Roll on the next chapter! Although for me now this is more a new way of life which I will just continue with. Thank you Laura for helping me on this journey to a new me. Xx
The meal plans are fab...varied and not difficult to make and options to swap ingredients if there is something that isn't to your taste.
Fantastic value for money.
I have achieved a lot in just five weeks and wouldn't have been able to do this without the excellent training sessions that have lots of options if you struggle with any of them and a really varied menu to follow, again with lots of options to swap to if you do not like anything.
You get a lot for your money - so very worth signing up for.
Menu plan is great, with recipes to follow and an easy day by day plan which is a blessing when life is so busy.
I love every minute and feel 100% better in myself mentally but also physically. And - almost 2 stone lost in 8 weeks of the programme. Thrilled!

As soon as I did the first workout from Laura I knew I had found one I could stick to! Her enthusiasm, knowledge of what exercise does what, and the benefits, and just her general demeanour is infectious. The variety of workouts keeps me on my toes too and I honestly feel better than I have done in years. The diet plans and recipe books are fab too with recipes my whole family really enjoys. The community that Laura has created with LB Online Fitness is also a big plus for me. The ladies are so supportive of each other and I enjoy reading everyone’s comments after a hard workout! I’m looking forward to carrying on my fitness and wellbeing journey with Laura and becoming the fit and healthy mum I want to be.
I hadn't expected the process to be so holistic and the attention to my well-being, not just my shape and how hard (or not) I've been training, has been an additional bonus. I can thoroughly recommend LB Online Fitness for the ease of use (straightforward tracking, app etc.) but mostly for the professional, knowledgeable, personal and caring nature of the support that is given.
I am able to speak to Laura to get advice or tailored guidance when I need it, as well as reviewing the helpful documents on the client area to guide me. The Facebook group is a great source of support. It's an all round excellent educational and supportive package for anyone looking to make positive changes to their lifestyle and feel better for it.
The various resources available (mobile app, website) are very easy to use, and the additional social media posts provide ideas for recipes, exercises to do in different situations, etc. which I also really benefit from. I can't recommend LB Online Fitness enough.

Laura is first and foremost a friend and I admire the drive and passion that she has for her business. She is knowledgeable and engaging and commits herself to her clients. During my time with Laura, I could easily have believed that I was her only focus. She was dedicated to helping me on my journey and without her direction I doubt I would have found the time to date to incorporate training back into my life. Laura provided me with valuable nutritional habits which I continue to uphold. She practices what she preaches and you don’t get more genuine than that.

Laura is an excellent motivator, has good all-round observation and knowledge to quickly correct technique or adapt exercises according to your needs. Her nutritional guidance complimented my training programme perfectly and consisted of meals that were simple to cook with limited impact to my daily routine; as she will tell you, planning is key. Laura is an inspirational Coach who walks the walk and talks the talk, welcoming, warm, focused and driven to delivering your goals
It’s a great way to find out and ask questions about nutrition and training that you would not have known yourself. It’s convenient and even more affordable than having an actual “physical” coach. My experience has been really helpful, supportive and encouraging. For people who need that extra helping hand – I cannot recommend Laura enough. Her continual support and attention to detail has really exceeded my expectations and for this I am very grateful! For those who are considering it – just do it! You won’t regret it.
