3 WAY BAND STRETCH

Do your legs and hips feel tight from sitting, or training or both?!

Here's a simple 3 way band stretch for the hamstrings, adductors, hip flexors and glutes.

✅ Place a band around one foot and lie back.

✅ Bend the leg bringing the knee to the chest, then extend the foot upward.

✅ Draw the band towards your body feeling the lengthening in the hamstrings.

✅ Slowly drop the leg out to the side taking the focus into the adductors.

✅ Finally, bring the leg across the body to stretch out the hip flexors and glutes.

Take the leg as far as you can and relax into the stretch. Hold each position for a minimum of 30 seconds. Repeat on the other leg.

This is a great stretch to do after a workout or a long day at work. Give me a 🙋🏼‍♀️ if you need this and let me know how you get on!
